Who we are
This website is operated by AJEX Agency, a marketing agency based in Egypt. For any privacy question or request, reply to the person at AJEX who contacts you about your application.
What we collect when you apply
- Your name, WhatsApp number and email address.
- Your business name, industry and, if you share them, your Instagram account or website.
- The services you are interested in, your budget ranges, your preferred start date and any notes you add.
- Whether you agreed to receive occasional marketing updates.
- How you reached the site (for example the advertising campaign or link you clicked), and your cookie choices at the time you applied.
How we use it
To review your application, contact you about it and manage any working relationship that follows. If you opted in, we may also send you occasional news from AJEX — you can unsubscribe at any time.
Cookies and measurement
Essential storage keeps the site and the application form working. Optional cookies are only used if you allow them:
- Analytics — Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity help us understand how the site is used. Clarity session recordings mask what you type into the form.
- Advertising — the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API measure whether our ads lead to applications. If you allow advertising cookies and apply, a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of your email address and phone number is shared with Meta to match the application to an ad, and we may later tell Meta that an application was qualified. We never share your name, budget or notes with Meta.

Who processes your data
Your application is stored with our database provider (Supabase) and the site is hosted by Vercel. Analytics and advertising providers (Google, Microsoft, Meta) receive data only as described above. These providers may process data outside Egypt.
How long we keep it
We keep application details only as long as needed for the purposes above and then delete them. Technical anti-spam records (a scrambled form of your IP address) are deleted after one day.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time using the contact route above.
